The ground floor consists of a huge sitting room with very large french doors that concertina to allow a full view of the amazing garden and seaviews beyond. The modern family kitchen opens out onto a large patio with garden furniture and huge garden. The sitting room has plenty of comfortable seating plus beanbags. The log fire is amazing on a cold evening where the room gets so lovely a toasty and incredible cosy. The big TV has all channels plus Netflix/Amazon Prime/youtube etc. There is a dvd and plenty of movies to choose from.

The games room which is also downstairs acts as another bedroom and has a double sofa bed in. There are double curtains that separate it from passers by. This room also has a PacMan/Spaceinvaders machine with many more games on it to choose from. There are plenty of board games too. There is a TV and DVD player.

There is a downstairs double bedroom with a king size new French bed and a day bed that can open up as two singles - Perfect for a family of four in the party. There is a downstairs shower room with overhead rain shower.

The kitchen has everything you could want for for your party of guests/family. The Ercol table seats 10 and the chairs have bespoke cushions - all very comfortable and great for dinner parties and breakfast time. The Kitchen alsohas an island for less formal meals and has four stools. The kitchen is completely equipped with all you need, nothing is missing.

Off from the kitchen is a utility room with an extra fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer and also has a shower for those times coming back from the beach and need to jump in a hot shower without spending sand everywhere!!! There is door from the utility for outside where the bins and recycling are.

Upstairs there are two more double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king bed and an en-suite bathroom with an egg bath with amazing sea views for a leisurely bath listening to the birds and watching nature as it happens. Very often pheasants and rabbits can be seen in the garden - such a pleasure to behold. The master also has wonderful sea views from the bed looking through the juliette balcony. This room is so peaceful and beautiful sunsets can be seen from this room.

The second lovely double bedroom has a extremely comfortable queen bed and a separate bathroom sole for the guest of that room should they want to keep it private which has a bath with shower overhead.

There is a pub literally two doors down which serves yummy pub grub with fires and cosy tables - it's a great place for a cosy evening with family and friend and the staff are great. There are also many other pubs and restaurants close by with Port Isacc only a 10 minute drive away.
