Ten minute drive to the lovely resort of Perranporth and its magnificent beach.

Treverbyn Cottage is located down a quiet country lane about 500 yards form the village of Goonhavern which has a popular pub and a large garden centre with various small shops.

There are no close neighbours apart from the cottage next door. Ponies and chickens live in nearby fields.

Holiday Accommodation

The cottage has three bedrooms, two double and one with full size bunkbeds. One staircase leads to a double bedroom and another staircase leads to the other double and a bunkbedded room with a toilet and washbasin. The family bathroom is downstairs. There is a large sunny conservatory with a dining table.

Perranporth - Newquay Area

Opposite the cottage there are five acres of gorse and heather with a large wildlife pond that children will love to explore with adult supervision.

Silver was extracted from the land in the past and there are still plenty of quartz crystals to be found.
