Sawmills is home of the famous recording studio and holiday bookings are taken between recording sessions so late availability is always possible.

Located in beautiful tidal creek on the banks of the River Fowey, we have a 7 bedroomed house and a two bedroomed Chalet available for holiday lets.

The Sawmills is a haven of tranquility, surrounded by water and acres of natural woodland, there are excellent scenic walks that can be joined from the grounds.

There is a charming riverside pub just a 15 minute walk away in Golant. The picturesque town of Fowey is just a 10 minute boat ride away, Fowey can also be reached by road from Golant or footpath from the Sawmills.

No vehicular access keeps Sawmills a unique and magical hideaway but cars can be parked in Golant, boat transfer included in holiday and smaller boats can be hired and delivered if required.

Riverside Self-catering holiday Accommodation

The accommodation in the main house comprises of 3 ensuite double bedrooms , 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with bunkbeds sleeping 2, 1 room sleeping up to 4.

All bedrooms have flat screen TV. There is also a family bathroom, large lounge with TV DVD etc., pool table, kitchen with double oven and large hob, dishwasher etc.

Conservatory with large dining table. Nearly all rooms enjoy spectacular waterside views. Also patio with picnic table, barbeque terrace, large lawn.

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer The lodge has fully appointed kitchen and lounge with woodburning stove, bathroom and two bedrooms, (one double room and one with single bunks and a single bed)

The lodge also enjoys wonderful waterside views. The Sawmills is the home of the famous recording studio, holiday lets are booked in between recording sessions so shorter stays and late availability are always possible.
