Springfields
Fun Park and Pony Centre is home to a variety of different ponies, including
Dartmoor, Shetland and Dales ponies. Children will enjoy meeting, petting
and feeding the ponies as well as riding them! As well as ponies the park
is also home to a variety of other animals including lambs, calves, goats,
chickens and rabbits.
The fun park also has numerous other attractions to keep all the family entertained including a large boating lake, go-karts, trampolines, ariel gliders and an outdoor activity play area.
When
the weather's not so good the park also has a fabulous indoor play area
which has a giant game zone where you can play some of the old favourites
like connect four and snakes and ladders with giant pieces. There is also
a great activity zone for children over five, which includes climbing
frames, slides and ropes as well as wonderful toddler and baby play areas
located next to the café seating area.
For
those who are looking for something a little more sedate there are some
wonderful walks to be had in the 8 acres of stunning woodland surrounding
the park. There is also a beautiful picnic area located in the woodland
for all the family to enjoy their lunch while spotting the deer and buzzards
that are common in the area.
Springfields Fun Park and Pony Centre is a fabulous day out for all the family!!
