A two bedroom holiday apartment located in the Zenith apartment block. This second floor, luxuriously-appointed apartment has spectacular, uninterrupted sea views over Whipsiderry Bay and Porth Beach, right across to the Pentire Headland. There are year-round sunset views.

Situated on Watergate Road between Watergate Bay (2 miles) and Newquay (0.5 miles), this is the perfect location for a family holiday in Cornwall. It is close to a large number of beaches, and is only a short car journey to many of Cornwall's holiday attractions and sights.

The recently built apartment has been luxuriously furnished by interior designers. The lounge has bi-fold doors which open to the sea breeze and provide unrivalled views of the sea and the coastline.

The lounge is equipped with a massive 46" LCD TV, a built-in home cinema and DVD player - perfect for relaxing after an active day on the beach. There is a dining area with table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer-drier, hob and oven. A Nespresso coffee maker is provided (please bring your own capsules). Cutlery, crockery, utensils and pans are provided.

There is a bathroom with shower-bath, vanity and WC.

The master bedroom has a luxurious queen-sized bed. There is an ensuite shower and WC.

The second bedroom has a single bed, with a second pullout single bed - both standard single sizes.

The owners use this apartment for their own holidays and there is a selection of children's toys suitable for ages 3 to 6 years. There is a lock-up cage in the basement with beach equipment including 3 body boards.

Service includes linen and bathroom towels for quests. A linen service can be provided by prior arrangement for stays of greater than 7 nights. Utility charges are included.

There is parking for one car available in the basement garage.
