Zefyros is a delightful individual modern detached family bungalow, situated in a private road surrounded by a large secluded garden with south facing patio, double garage and ample parking facilities. Constantine Bay's sandy beach is a ten minute walk away by private road and footpath.

Trevose Golf Club with its championship course, 9 whole course, tennis courts, and outdoor swimming pool is a 2 minute walk away..

SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is for 8 people in 4 bedrooms, one double, two twin bedded rooms and one with a single bed and full sized bunk beds. There are three shower/bathroom facilities, one being ensuite. There are T.Vs in 2 of the bedrooms.

The 7.62 metre x 4 metre (25' by 13') lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, large dining table, a T.V. VCR, Freeview and DVD recorder. There is a stereo sound system with radio.

Leading from the lounge and the kitchen is a 6.4 metre x 3.37 meter (21' x 12') conservatory which opens on to the garden. The conservatory is furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs, a smaller dining table and a T.V.

The kitchen although compact houses a dishwasher, microwave, full sized double cooker together with tableware and cooking utensils to feed a family.
