The accommodation is ideally located just 200 yards from the superb sandy beach at Harlyn Bay, which is renowned for safe bathing, good surfing and the coastal footpath, as well as only being three miles from the historic harbour town of Padstow.

Here at Yellow Sands we have 1, 2 and 3 bed roomed apartments and a detached 4 bedroom house available to rent all year round.

Set in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, and with easy access to all parts of Cornwall our holiday accommodation is perfect for couples or families.

Our recently refurbished, high quality, accommodation consists of a detached 4 bedroom house and 4 apartments located on the first and second floors boasting panoramic sea and coastal views and is thoroughly cleaned by ourselves to ensure the perfect holiday

Our accommodation is English Tourist Board inspected and awarded 3 and 4 star ratings. Each of our holiday apartments is spacious and comfortably furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; washing machine; fridge freezer; oven, hob and microwave etc. With ample car parking space. Other facilities include, Wifi, play area for younger children, payphone and private foot path to the beach.

SECOND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION APARTMENT 6 (sleeps up to 6)

Recently refurbished, is divided into two self-contained sections either side of the landing area. The front section with balcony and fantastic views overlooking the bay and coastline comprises lounge, diner; new fully fitted kitchen; double bedroom with en-suite. The other section consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom.

APARTMENT 7 (sleeps up to 4) 2011 terms from £320 to £810.

Comprises of a large lounge with adjoining fully fitted kitchen, dining area; two sunny bedrooms; bathroom and separate wc. Also recently refurbished to a high standard with superb panoramic sea and coastal views.

Sharmalyn House 2011 terms from £660 to £1570.

Comprises of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom / shower room; one twin single bedroom and one room with bunk beds each with washbasin. The large ‘L’ shaped lounge/ diner has a feature blue slate fireplace, large flat screen digital TV and DVD and CD. With south facing private patio area with tables, chairs and loungers. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with built in appliances, including ceramic hob; double oven; microwave; fridge/freezer; washing machine; dryer and dishwasher. There is also under floor central heating for those early and late breaks.

All our holiday accommodation in Cornwall is set in landscaped gardens and boasts a private footpath to the beach.
