It is a stone built mews-style cottage, and is part of a complex of farm buildings which were converted nearly fifty years ago. It has delightful country views to the front, yet it is only a short distance from Whipsiderry and Porth beaches.

There is a car park at the rear of the cottage, and buses to and from Newquay town centre at half an hour intervals during the holiday season. They will stop – on request – outside the cottage.

The Eden project is only fifteen miles away!

There are some small shops and the Mermaid Inn at Porth beach, and guests may also use the shop and facilities at the holiday park just down the road from the cottage.

ACCOMMODATION

The cottage is fully furnished and sleeps up to six – two bedrooms upstairs, one with double bed and the other twin bunk beds, and a bed-settee downstairs in the lounge. The bathroom has a WC, shower, heated towel rail and a razor point.

The kitchenette has a full size cooker, a microwave, fridge, stainless steel sink, there is also a small freezer, storage cupboards and a counter top / breakfast bar.

In the lounge there is a bed- settee, two armchairs, a dining table and four chairs, a TV, radio and DVD player.

The cottage is all electric, and hot water is from an immersion heater upstairs in the airing cupboard which also contains an ample supply of extra blankets and duvets etc.

Duvet covers are supplied but bed linen is not, however it may be hired at the rate of £5 per person per week if desired.

The cottage is available to families and couples only. We do not accept young unaccompanied parties of either sex.
