Woodbury Farm House is typical of Georgian House that offers riverside bed and breakfast Accommodation next to the River Fal and dates from around 1740 AD. Our bed-and-breakfast is located in Old Kea, near Truro and is an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall.
At our riverside bed-and-breakfast we offer two double and a twin bedded ensuite guest rooms; all have tea and coffee making facilities and are furnished to a high standard.
Breakfast is served in the garden room, overlooking the river, where many species of birds can be seen due to our lovely location. You can also watch green and spotted woodpeckers, Jays, pheasants, buzzards and other birds too numerous to mention. We cater for all diets and use our own free range eggs.
Guess have access to a residence lounge where there is Sky TV.

Using local produce including our own eggs we cater for all diets, breakfast is served in the Garden room overlooking the river, being situated on the riverside there are many species of birds to name a few, Herons, Egrets, Cormorants also the occasional seal.
You can also watch Green and Spotted Woodpeckers, Jays, Pheasants, Buzzards and others too numerous to mention. We are close to both North and South coasts where there are beautiful sandy beaches, windsurfing and sailing.

We are just 10 minutes from Truro with its' stunning Cathedral and we are close to the King Harry ferry taking you to the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. There is a pub within 3 miles and plenty of other places to eat in and around Truro.
Local attractions are Falmouth Maritime Museum, The Eden Project and several gardens including, Trelissick, Trebah, Glendurgan and The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Within one hours drive you can reach many of the filming locations for the popular TV series "Poldark" and Rosalid Pilcher Author and Films. These include Padstow, St Agnes Head, Botallack Mine, Levant Mine, Bodmin Moor, Porthgwarra, Charlestown and Church Cove.
Only three miles away, you will find The Falmouth Maritime Museum,and many beautiful gardens including Trelissick, Trebah, Glendurgan, and slightly further, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and the Eden Project.
