Willow Cottage is a two hundred year old traditional
cob cottage in Egloshayle, just over the River Camel within an easy
walk of the shops, restaurants and cinema of the market town of Wadebridge.
An ideal base for exploring, allowing you to combine a
beach holiday with all the other delights that this part of Cornwall offers.
ACCOMMODATION
One of four individual adjoining cottages set back from
the lane, with off road parking, Willow Cottage has all the space and
facilities for a family holiday. Inside the 18th Century character has
been retained with white walls, beamed ceilings, comfortable cottage style
furniture, and low doorways.
The living room has a real log fire and opens out to a
family dining area. Also on the ground floor is a more formal sitting
room, with electric coal effect fire, TV and DVD player.
The galley style kitchen has modern units, electric oven
and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave
On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms:
one double, one twin and a single, as well as a separate family bathroom
and shower room, each with their own wc.
Wadebridge
Wadebridge is one of North Cornwall's main market towns
and gateway to the Camel Trail, now the third largest attraction in the
whole of Cornwall.
This centrally located town has much to offer visitors
of all ages and interests all year round. The riverside park with playground,
tennis courts, bowls and cricket is 100 yards away from Willow Cottage
and there is a corner shop just before the park entrance.
Willow Cottage is also a short drive from the beaches
Polzeath, Rock and Daymer Bay on one side of the estuary and Padstow,
and the beaches of Trevone, Treyarnon and Constantine on the other. South
Cornwall, the Eden Project, Lost Gardens and the south coast's attractions
are within half an hour to an hour away.
Changeover day is Saturday.
