The Roseland Peninsula

Situated just outside the ancient village of Tregony (gateway to the famous Roseland Peninsula), Vose Farm origins date back to the middle of the 18th century from when it was run for many years as a thriving dairy farm.

Offering deluxe self catering accommodation set within 85 acres of rolling pasture, arable and woodland. Vose Farm is an ideal holiday destination for families (including babies and toddlers) or couples seeking somewhere to relax and get away from it all and yet be in an ideal location to explore one of the most beautiful regions in the UK, nostalgically referred to as the Cornish Riviera.

ACCOMMODATION

Our four cottages, Beech, Oak, Ash and Hawthorne are stone built and have retained many of their original features including, slate roofs, exposed beams, lintels and timber trusses which give each cottage its own unique character.

Every cottage has an open plan living/dining area with exposed beams, slate flooring, comfy sofas and dining facilities. Warm and cosy, each is centrally heated and equipped to the very highest specification with WiFi connection, Freeview digital television and DVD player.

In addition:-

• Each cottage has its own washer/dryer, oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer.
• Each cottage has its own fenced garden and private patio area with BBQ.
• All towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.
• Thermostatically controlled central heating and electricity are included in the tariff.
• Every cottage has its own designated car parking area, directly outside each cottage.
• A strict No Smoking policy is employed.

Beech (sleeps 2 + cot) Single storey cottage with large kitchen diner, living area and en-suite bedroom with power shower.

Oak Cottage (sleeps 4 + cot) Two storey cottage offering reverse level accommodation with large kitchen diner and living area on first floor and one double room, one twin room and a bathroom with power shower on ground floor.

Ash Cottage (sleeps 6 + cot) Two storey cottage offering reverse level accommodation offering large bathroom, twin bedroom and en-suite master bedroom with power shower on ground floor and twin bedroom, large kitchen diner and living area on first floor.

Hawthorn Cottage (sleeps 6 + cot) Two storey cottage offering reverse level accommodation offering twin bedroom, large kitchen diner and living area on first floor and large bathroom, twin bedroom and en-suite master bedroom with power shower on ground floor.

LOCATION

Vose Farm is less than three miles from Caerhays Castle and Porthluney beach and a similar distance from the world famous Lost Gardens of Heligan and quaint fishing port of Mevagissey. Further afield is the Eden Project (8 miles), the capital city of Truro (9 miles) St Mawes (14 miles) and the surfing beaches of Newquay (18 miles).
