Polzeath, located on on Cornwall's attractive northern coastline, is famous for it's magnificent beach. Vast Atlantic rollers roll across the mouth of the Camel Estuary, creating a surfers paradise, whilst the large expanses of fine sand, makes Polzeath the ideal family beach. Polzeath is ideal for family holidays catering as it does for all tastes, surfing, beautiful sand and rock pools abound. The coastal path affords superb walking with breathtaking views. There are ample places to visit from the famous Eden Project (30 minutes away) to the peace of St Enodoc Church at Daymer Bay. Now situated on the golf course it was for many years buried by the sand and is now the resting place of Sir John Betjeman.
