Veryan is a delightful picturesque village renowned for its roundhouses, with the sandy beaches of Carne and Pendower just over a mile away where you can enjoy sailing, fishing trips, walking, canoeing, swimming, cycling or riding. A sports complex with indoor and outdoor bowling, tennis, cricket and football is situated just a short walk away and the local pub serves excellent food. The amazing Eden Project is only half an hour away. The Falmouth Maritime Museum can be easily reached either by the King Harry Ferry or the St Mawes passenger ferry. Also nearby are the Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust properties.
