Ideally located 700 yards from the long sandy surfing beach of Polzeath, the house is only minutes from the very popular Oyster Catcher pub and its fantastic views across the Camel Estuary.

Daymer Bay is an easy walk away and it is a five minute drive to the sailing village of Rock as well as to the Black Tor Ferry which operates across the river to the fishing town of Padstow.

There are also several Golf Clubs very close by, the Trebetherick Stores and the St Morritz Hotel & Leisure Centre with pool, gym, restaurants and spar are just a short walk away, and sailing, waterskiing , wake boarding and fishing are all available in Rock. The area is also a renown foodie's haven with locally produced specialities, local seafood, retail shops and famous restaurants.
