Having worked, lived and loved Newquay and wider Cornwall, it was our ambition to have a house available for self-catering that we would love to stay in ourselves. In this modern stylish three bedroom detached house, located in a cul-de-sac of a fantastic quieter area of Newquay, we can offer a perfect base to explore all that Newquay and Cornwall has to offer.

ACCOMMODATION

Quality and comfort are considered to be of the utmost importance in Trencreek Palms. Spaciously arranged and furnished in a style befitting of the house, attention to detail is thoughtfully considered down to the original Cornish oil paintings that adorn the walls.

Downstairs:
(hallway, WC, living room, open plan kitchen/dining area)

After a day’s exertions, you may want to curl up and relax on a large sofa (one of which is a sofa bed). Choose from any of the Freeview channels, or maybe a favourite movie on the DVD player? Alternatively, if children have the TV channel ‘stuck’ on CBeebies, you may like to choose from the variety of the books provided.

The warm and inviting open plan kitchen and dining area is extremely well equipped with integrated microwave, electric hob and oven and large fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine, ironing facilities and plenty of everything you would hope to find in a lived in kitchen.

The solid oak dining table is equipped to comfortably seat 6 as well as the high chair that is provided for use as required.

Upstairs:
(master bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom, single bedroom and main bathroom)

In this quiet cul-de-sac property, each bedroom is stylishly furnished with comfort being of paramount importance, the quality foam mattresses should help ensure a peaceful recuperating sleep and prepare you for the next day of your holiday (a cot is also available on request).

There is ample storage space in fitted and freestanding wardrobe’s and cabinets, and the en-suite includes a large cubicle power shower (a shower head is also provided in the main bathroom).

Outside:
(garage, off road parking, front and back gardens)

From the dining area double patio doors open to a child friendly and south-westerly facing back garden; garden furniture and barbecue equipment are provided. The garage can be utilised for storing bicycles, car or even your beach equipment!

LOCATION

Trencreek Palms is close enough to enjoy the best of what Newquay has to offer, whilst escaping from the livelier town centre, the heart of which is 1.5 miles away.

Trencreek Palms is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short walk from the Zoo, skate park, indoor swimming (& fun) pool, pitch and putt, tennis and bowling facilities. A few minutes stroll beyond this, the variety of the area is typified in Trenance Gardens, with its exotic trees, plants and shrubs, its boating lake and Trenance Stables. Horse rides are a regular occurrence from here down the beautiful Gannel Estuary.

Prices range from £350 - £990 per week

• Bed linen and towels are provided and are included in the price.
• No smoking house and unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
• Saturday changeover.
• Short breaks available.
