Trehane forms part of a Grade II listed building in Churchtown,
the centre and oldest part of the pretty village of St Agnes.
Dating from the early 1800s, the apartment has been lovingly
restored by the present owners, furnished and equipped to a high standard
for their own use and has very much the feel of a comfortable family home.
ACCOMMODATION
Private entrance hall with stairs to first floor:
A spacious living room overlooking the lively village square, colour TV,
DVD player, audio system; small dining room seating four people comfortably.
There is a modern fitted kitchen with breakfast area, cooker, microwave,
fridge, washer. Also on the first floor there is a bathroom/WC with over-bath
shower.
Second floor:
Two attractive bedrooms with low ceilings: one double with ornamental
Victorian fireplace, and one twin-bedded.
Outside there is a small patio area seating four people.

Good food and drink in local cafes, restaurants and inns;
lifeguard-patrolled beach less than a mile away: great for surfing, body
boarding or just sun bathing; stunning scenic walks on the National Trust
coastal footpath and St Agnes Beacon;
Lying at the heart of Poldark country, now designated a
World Heritage site, St Agnes offers a wide range of shops, galleries
and essential services for the perfect holiday. It's all here, really
- a great atmosphere with that inimitable laid-back Cornish charm, a mild
climate, even live music - what more could anyone need?
Many Cornish gardens nearby; close to the cathedral city
of Truro with good shopping, and concerts in the Hall for Cornwall; easy
access to the Eden Project, St Ives, Falmouth and Penzance. Golf, Riding,
Sailing and Flying are available nearby and various food, drink and music
festivals occur at different times throughout the year.
