Located halfway up the hill form Mawgan Porth beach means unrivalled coastal or country walks begin at the doorstep.
With Padstow only a fifteen minute drive to the north, Newquay with its nightlife a fifteen minute drive to the south and the moors surrounding Bodmin to the east, the Lodges are ideally situated at the centre of any Cornish experience.
Blue Bay Lodges consist of five individually designed Cornish Lodges, family owned and operated to cater for your individual needs. Each lodge is unique, with a character and a Cornish name of its own.
Finished to an exceptional standard, each is sound insulated and centrally heated with its own private terrace or balcony from which you can enjoy the unique scenery of North Cornwall. With separate bedrooms making them ideal for families, teenagers, special breaks, parties or societies, each lodge is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday including a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV and DVD. All bed linen, towels, heat and light are supplied free of charge. There are no hidden extras.
There are many diverse and exciting places to visit from the bustling fishing villages to the magnificent hi-tech Eden Project. There are secret valleys with Japanese gardens, beautiful churches, excellent shopping, wonderful beaches and hidden coves. Cornwall has something to offer everyone. From the traditional family beach holiday to the discerning art lover and walker. Springtime and autumn bring with them a whole different aspect of Cornwall - the hedgerows ablaze with colourful flowers and quieter times.
Sky Lark
Sky Lark is on the upper floor and is the smallest of the lodges,
but with the most spectacular views over both the Lanherne Valley
to the left and the sea to the right. It sleeps up to 5 people in
two separate bedrooms. It consists of an open plan lounge, dining
area and kitchen with patio doors leading out onto its own balcony.
It has a bathroom with bath, shower and W.C.
Surf
Riders
This lodge is on the ground floor and has superb views
of both the Lanherne Valley to the left and over Mawgan Porth to
the sea on the right. This is the largest of the lodges and sleeps
up to ten people in three separate bedrooms. It consists of an open-plan
lounge, dining room and kitchen leading out through double patio
doors onto its own terrace. It has a large bathroom with a bath,
shower and W.C. It also has a separate W.C.
Beachcombers
Beachcombers is on the ground floor with a view over Mawgan
Porth to the sea. This is the second largest of the lodges and sleeps
up to 8 people in three separate bedrooms. It consists of an open
plan lounge, dining room and kitchen leading out through patio doors
onto its own balcony with a view of the sea beyond. It has a bathroom
with bath, shower and W.C.
Beacons
Three bedroom lodge at rear of the property with its own private
