The
Stable is peaceful retreat for those looking to unwind in the heart of
the countryside yet within easy reach of popular Cornish destinations
such as Padstow, Port Isaac, The Eden project and renowned beaches including
Polzeath and Watergate Bay.

The property consists of one bedroom with a King-sized bed, a living area with sofa, table and chairs and freestanding kitchen plus a shower room with toilet and basin. It is very well insulated and heated by 2 panel heaters which make it gorgeously warm in the depths of winter.
The French windows in the living area open on to a large decking area with table and chairs and a gas BBQ plus an outdoor sink for those sandy feet or muddy boots!
The views from the Stable are (in our opinion!) beautiful and allow you to gaze out over farmland to the Camel Valley. The sun sets directly over the valley and the decking is a great place for a ‘sundowner’.
There
is room for one baby or toddler and we can provide various baby equipment
if needed.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome to stay and we have a large field where they
can run around. We do ask that dogs stay in the living area only and are
not allowed in the bedroom.
The owners have tried to think of everything a couple or individual would need for a luxurious holiday from a long weekend to a couple of weeks stay. Crisp white cotton linen and a mattress topper to basics such as tea/coffee, olive oil and vinegar, tea towels, washing-up liquid, loopaper, soap etc. are all provided free of charge.
Modern conveniences such as WiFi, DVD, iPhone docking station, microwave and dishwasher are all set-up in the Stable. A variety of kitchen equipment including weighing scales and roasting pans allows keen chefs to create and cook up a storm in the gas catering oven.
For shopping and local restaurants, both Wadebridge and Bodmin towns are a 10 minute drive away.
