Sun Haven Valley is set in scenic countryside on one of the quieter stretches of the North Cornish coast. Surrounded by farmland we are just a 10-15 minute woodland walk from the large sandy beach at Mawgan Porth and its beachside facilities – shops, café, take-away, restaurant and public house – without having them on the doorstep or needing to use a car.

Camping in pure Cornish countryside, you are in idyllic surroundings for a camping, or touring caravan, holiday.

You can choose any pitch on Sun Haven Valley's well drained, sheltered, level camping area as they all have easy access to the main day-to-day facilities. We take great pride in our camping grounds, which are well tended and an ideal base to set up on. Careful attention to detail includes tarmac roads, subdued night lighting and Motorhome runners on selected sites. Our award winning toilets and washrooms are supplied with abundance of free hot-water to the showers, washbasins and washing up sinks. The facilities for holiday makers include an ice-pack freezer, a microwave area, veg, preparation area, laundry room with iron, optional private bathrooms, TV room, play area, internet access computer, a games room and wireless broadband access. Most of our pitches have electric hookups except (currently) the streamside pitches.

Sun Haven's Holiday Caravans

Sun Haven Valley's holiday caravans sit on the sloping side of the valley, affording great views of both the surrounding countryside and the large open central lawns left free for family games & for the children to play on. Each caravan has an outdoor picnic bench and an area in which to sit and soak up the peace & quiet as well as a 6 channel TV for after dark.

Features of All Caravans & Bungalows

All chalets and caravans are fully furnished and have an equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, fridge, & microwave; a dining area, a lounge with gas or electric fire & TV; a bathroom/shower, an outside picnic bench & a rotary clothes-line. From May to September our campsite's spacious, heated, five-star winning shower block is usually open and is available for use by all holiday-makers. Gas & electric is included in all the caravans and pillows & duvets (&/or blankets) & are provided to all units. Sheets & pillowcases are included to Group 1, 2 & 3 caravans. Children under 2 are not included in the maximum occupancy & cots are available. Please note that smoking is not permitted in any of the accommodation.
