3 and 4 Seawall Court are in simply one of the best locations in St Ives, just above Porthmeor's golden sands and west-facing over the Atlantic offering spectacular views of the sun setting over the sea. Perched between the famous surf of Porthmeor beach in one direction and the famous Tate Gallery in the other, Seawall Court is a minute from the shops , the harbour front and from some of St Ives' most renowned restaurants.

Chic and contemporary, the apartments offer stunning views of Porthmeor beach, and are in the heart of old town St Ives located in a private courtyard - originally a fishermen's cobbled yard - just inches from the beach. Arranged around a spiral staircase on the top two floors of Seawall Court with balconies looking out to sea, there's a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, family bathroom and a large spiral staircase leading up to the living/dining area and kitchen.

Access is from the slipway down onto Porthmeor Beach and then into the quiet courtyard. Stairs from the ground floor lead up to a second floor landing and the front doors of the apartments. From the front door, a small entrance lobby leads to the hallway with access to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The wide spiral staircase starts in the hallway and goes up to the third floor living area and kitchen.

Master bedroom: A large room with side window and patio doors opening onto the balcony offering an uninterrupted west-facing view of the Atlantic offering breathtaking sunsets. There's a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, LCD TV, two armchairs and coffee table from which to enjoy the views, plus balcony table and chairs outside.

Both the en-suite bathroom and family bathrooms, provide a bath, hand-held shower with wall attachment, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin.

Second bedroom: Twin beds in a light comfortable room with built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Living/dining area; offers more beach views, the room has a corner sofa, modern easy chair, a round glass table with four upholstered chairs, coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player.

Kitchen - bright and compact, with electric hob and oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and microwave.

Duvets, cotton bedlinen and towels are provided. Also heating and electricity are included in the rental plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits so you can relax from the moment you arrive. Parking is available at one of the council car parks where a weekly tariff is charged. Saturday changeover.

Restrictions: Sorry no smoking, pets or unaccompanied teenagers. Not recommended for toddlers.
