With only two luxury B&B rooms peace, quiet and privacy are assured. The ideal place to come for a romantic break or plan a trip with friends or family. For two couples you can “own” the guest area for yourselves, with someone else to make the breakfast and no washing up! The day is free to explore, have lunch and spend quality time with friends and loved ones. Perfect!

Both rooms are located in a private part of the manor where you can come and go as you please using your own front door – “a real home from home”.

Converted from the old coach house, the two semi-detached one bedroom cottages offer the perfect retreat for either couples, or groups of friends if you wish to take both.

Whilst the cottages are separated from the main house, they still enjoy the glamour of the manor experience whilst providing all the contemporary comfort and privacy you desire.

The Perfect Location

The Manor is situated on Tredrea Lane, the old coach road from St Erth to Marazion and then onto Penzance – just 4 miles away. Now a specifically designated cycle route providing a beautiful and safe tree lined country lane. A truly beautiful and peaceful location from where you can enjoy easy access to the best features of both north and south coasts such as St Michael's Mount, St Ives and the Minack Theatre or a day trip to the Scilly Isles.

We are only 5 minutes from St Erth main line station and less than 2 miles from the A30.
