A charming, newly refurbished,
detached barn in a delightful rural setting. ACCOMMODATION Built
around 1830, stable doors lead into a beautifully furnished open plan sitting
room with exposed beams. There are brand new wooden floors
throughout and facilities include central heating, gas log stove, electric oven,
gas hob, TV, DVD hi-fi, dishwasher and washing machine. From
the kitchen, doors open on to a conservatory dining area featuring inset
floor lighting. A wide hallway leads to two double bedrooms.
The first features a brass bed, huge french armoire and skylight.
The second is equally spacious with twin beds. From each bedroom,
french windows lead to a secluded garden, complete with table and chairs,
where you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast or al fresco meal.
The bathroom is newly fitted with a white suite
and bath with shower, and Rosehendra has its own pure natural spring
water on tap.
LOCATION Youll
find Rosehendra nestling in a tiny enclosed hamlet of four farm buildings,
halfway between north and south coasts, at the narrowest point of the Lands
End Peninsula. Its an ideal location for exploring
the spectacular coast of Penwith and was recently featured by Channel Fours
Property in the Sun programme as an idyllic holiday location. Nearby
is the beautiful town of Marazion with its causeway to St Michaels
Mount and miles of sandy beaches. Whether youre on
a walking holiday, or enjoying a well-deserved family break, Rosehendra
