Set within extensive grounds and overlooking fields the barn provides our guests with the opportunity to get away from it all, but also to be within five minutes drive of the charming old harbour and town of Padstow, and the numerous sandy beaches nearby.

Downstairs

• Very large farmhouse kitchen with slate floor and Rayburn, additional electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, large farmhouse table seating 6.
• Lounge with three comfy sofas, Flatscreen TV with freeview, DVD, CD/Radio/Cassette player. Good selection of CDs, DVDs, toys, books and games
• Good sized south facing heated conservatory with conservatory furniture, further dining table and chairs.
• Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge (you can never have too much fridge space!).
• Downstairs WC

Upstairs

• Bedroom 1 is a very large room with exposed beams, quality king size bed to ensure a good nights sleep, flatscreen TV, power shower and pine furniture.  
• Bedroom 2 again is a large room with twin beds and an additional full size single bed, exposed beams and pine furniture.  
• Bathroom/WC has been completely refurbished with white suite and includes large bath with power shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail.

Outside:

• South facing patio with picnic table overlooking large garden (plenty of space for ball games), and fields.
• BBQ and garden games
• Plenty of parking and storage for bikes, surfboards and wetsuits.
• Games room (in our converted stable) with full size table tennis table

We can provide a cot, highchair and stair gate at no extra cost.

The cottage is normally let on a Friday to Friday basis. Prices quoted are for stays of one week. Stays of three nights or more are available from November to March (except February half term, xmas and new year).

We offer short breaks during the winter* either from a Friday to Monday (3 nights) or Monday to Friday (4 nights).  Both short breaks are priced at £225. *winter short breaks are available from lst November - 31st March with the exception of 20 Dec - 3 January 2010 and 12-20 February 2010.

All prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels (except beach towels), heating and electricity, and a kitchen pack which includes dishwasher powder, washing up liquid, dishcloth and tea towels.

Please note we have a no smoking policy, and do not allow pets (sorry, but our sheep aren't too keen on unfamiliar dogs).
