Rocks is a lovely one bedroomed apartment with parking overlooking Porthminster Beach in St Ives. Sleeps two.

Situated on The Terrace in a beautiful grade 2 listed house Rocks is just a short walk from the many beaches, restaurants, art galleries and lovely shops St Ives has to offer.

The apartment is simply decorated, with lovely tiled floors. From the sitting room, which has a leather sofa and armchair, a dining table and chairs and a range of kitchen units along one wall, you can look out over the beach and St Ives bay and watch the little train wind its way around the cliff.

The bedroom has a double bed and a sink and a shower. (Please note Rocks does not have a separate bathroom – the sink and shower are in the bedroom – though it does of course have a separate loo!)

What’s included
The tariff includes parking for one car, all linen and towels, free wifi and electricity. Heating is by wall mounted convector heaters.

Ipod dock in sitting room
Digital radio/ipod/iphone dock in bedroom.

Pets
Rocks is dog-friendly. We welcome dogs but ask you to sign a doggy contract beforehand. There is a £10 charge per dog.

Access
Rocks is on the ground floor. There are 2 steps down from the sitting room and then 3 back up to the bedroom within the apartment.

Outside space
Rocks has no outside space though there is a bench just outside the front door for anyone wanting a ciggie. But remember the beach is only a couple of minutes away!

Parking
Rocks has private parking for one car directly in front of the apartment.

Tariff

From £330 to £625.
Changeover day is Saturday but from
November 2011 will be Friday.
3 and 4 night breaks available from November to April (excluding Easter and Christmas/NY)
at 70% of weekly tariff.

Booking
Please take a look at the availability calendar above. If there is a week or short break you are interested in please click on the enquiry form. A booking form will be emailed to you and a deposit of 25% (or £100 – whichever is the greater) of your holiday cost will secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday commences.
