The magnificent cliff walks on either side of Porth are
ideal for blowing away the cobwebs and relieving the stresses of city
life. On one headland is the site of an Iron Age settlement which is easily
accessible via a footbridge linking the mainland.
Porth is arguably
the safest bathing beach in the whole of North Cornwall. It
has an RNLI lifeguard during peak season. The bay is also surrounded by
spectacular coastal paths (great for those who prefer a stroll to lapping
up the rays).
For the surfers there are bays on either side which are
ideal for wave-riding as well as the world-renowned surfing beaches of
Newquay being on your doorstep.
The airport is 10 minutes drive away. We are ten minutes
off the A30.
