Poldown Caravan Park is a small attractive caravan park and campsite carefully nestled in the natural environment in a sunny landscaped garden hollow.

Described by many as a "lovely spot", Poldown Caravan Park caters for visitors who like a peaceful family holiday in pleasant surroundings and a friendly atmosphere. Located in West Cornwall near Helston, Praa Sands Beach and Porthleven, within easy reach of St Ives, Land's End, the Lizard Peninsula and most of the best Cornish beaches & holiday spots.

Holiday Caravans:

Our holiday caravans are arranged in sheltered enclosures with unobstructed view from the lounges. They can sleep up to 6 people, and are designed and equipped to help you relax and enjoy your holiday. Children under the age of 3 by arrangement only.

All caravans have a lounge/diner with a TV, Freeview and DVD players and gas heating. (Some with full central heating). The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary oven, fridge and microwave. Bedrooms are set as a double and a twin, and pillows and quilts are inclusive.

Touring & Camping:

All pitches are individually well spaced, and are partially screen in groups of 1 or 2 in a sheltered and level enclosure. Electric hook-ups throughout, with a number of fully serviced touring pitches which have electric's, water and grey water drainage. There are also two fully serviced motorhome hard standings available.

Glamping:

Four berths Safari tent on a very private pitch of the site. Enjoy the camping experience without the hassle of bringing and setting up you own equipment.

The layout is in 4 volumes:
* Main saloon area with colour TV, heater and shelves/wardrobe.
* Opens onto covered porch area with kitchen.
* Double bedroom with a real double bed.
* Twin bedroom with 2 single beds and shelves.

Electric lighting throughout. Running cold water. The kitchen has a fridge, a 2 ring cooker, pots pans and crockery for 4. The pitch is not far from the sanitary block.
