CONDITITIONS OF BOOKING FOR TENTS & TOURERS

1, Bookings are from 11.30 am on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.

2, The deposit of £30.00 per pitch, per week will be deducted from your balance, in the event of cancellations, deposits are not refundable.

3, The booking fee of £8.00 is an administration charge for reserving you a pitch and is non returnable.

4, Site Fees are due 14 days before arrival dates specified by you and are not refundable.

5, Please check in at reception before pitching

6, We have no guarantee that pitches can be extended beyond the date booked.

7, We will try to achieve your favoured booked pitch but due to any unforeseen circumstances, no guarantees can be given.

8, Please let us know if you are going to be late, as the management will re-let the pitch if not informed.

9, All payments are to be made to Perran Quay Tourist Park. We do not accept cheques on arrival; only Credit/Debit Cards or Cash will be accepted.
