We are the only site located on the Holywell Bay side of the road, with a footpath giving direct beach access Holywell Bay is just 10 minutes by car from the A30, which is the main access route in and out of Cornwall. Newquay airport is 25 mintues away by car.

The Pennrice cottages couldn't be nearer to the beach. Sleeping up to eight they are ideal for the larger family with parking for two cars.

These two and three bedroom cottages have views over the beach from the upper floor.

  Pennacourt 2 & 3 bed   cottages

The Pennacourt cottages are furnished to the same high standard, many with outside parking.

  Villa Francia 2 bed   apartment

This two bedroom apartment is situated in the centre of our site. The main accommodation is upstairs with the second bedroom on the ground floor.
