Pengullyn sleeps 6 people

Pengullyn is a detached house with gardens back and front, in a cul-de-sac, off a slight hill. It has been extensively refurbished to a very high standard, and has stunning views over Newlyn fishing harbour, and the beautiful Mounts Bay with the unique St Michaels Mount. It also benefits from off - road parking for 2 cars.

A short walk down the lane takes you to Newlyn harbour with all the fishing boats, and the village, which boasts a supermarket, a post office, and several pubs, restaurants, and fish shops, with fresh fish from the trawlers.

You can sit on the veranda in the morning sunshine, and enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee, while you watch the fishing boats bringing in their catch of the day. There is always something to see, with many yachts from the local clubs racing in the bay, and many other boats of all sizes.

The property benefits from double glazing, and full gas central heating, all fuel is included in the cost.

It is ideal for autumn and winter breaks as well as summer holidays.

• Kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
• Bathroom with bath, power shower, toilet, basin and shaver point.
• Downstairs cloakroom with toilet and basin.
• Parking for 2 cars.

LOCATION

Within easy reach of beautiful sandy beaches - many famous for surfing - and pretty rocky coves. Penzance, 2 miles away, offers many fishing and local boat trips, as well as the ferry and helicopter to the Isles of Scilly.

There are a great many places of interest close at hand including :-

Porthcurno, with its sandy beach, cable museum, and the famous open air Minnack Theatre on the cliffs. Geevor and Poldark tin mines.

St Ives with its sandy beaches and of course the famous Tate art gallery.

Falmouth with its Maritime Museum. Goonhilly Earth Station. Flambards Theme Park, and the world famous Eden Project, to name just a few.
