Our team of chefs are passionate about using fresh, local seasonal
produce - and Cornwall offers a wonderful larder of quality ingredients
to choose from.
Our team make their own bread, rolls, jams chutneys
and desserts and are always busy sourcing new local products.
All meat and fish is sourced from within a 10 mile
radius. Meat comes from local butchers Retallacks, just down the
road. Fish and Shellfish is caught by Kernowsashimi at Helford and
is so fresh and local we even know which day boat the fish is caught
on. Vegetables are also locally sourced and, of course, seasonal.
Cheeses including the very local and delicious Helford White and
Helford Blue come from Treveador Farm Dairy.
Wherever possible, we are happy to provide small
portions for children. We can also cater for small functions.
