The intricate network of lanes and footpaths in Welcombe is full of wild flowers in the spring and the valley is a haven for wildlife, it is an ideal base to explore Devon and Cornwall.

A short walk (3 min.) to the quaint thatched "Olde Smithy Inn" which serves good food & drink set in lovely gardens, why not also take time to visit the pottery and the historic St. Nectans Church, also The village shop is located just outside the actual village.
