Old Anchor Court, our family home since 2009, was originally
two small cottages. In the 1960s it was converted into a maritime museum.
The Old Anchor Court was reconverted back in to a single house in the
1990s. The house is in the middle of Chapel Street, Penzance, the street
is the main thoroughfare which leads from the centre of town to the
harbour and promenade area.
Penzance's Chapel Street contains restaurants, great pubs
and a selection of eclectic shops. The famous Turks Head pub, the
oldest in Penzance, is about 25 metres from the house.
