ACCOMMODATION:

Spacious porch opening into the living room both with sea view. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower cubicle. Bedroom with sea view and double bed. Kitchen has a microwave, fridge, gas hob, electric oven and all utensils for self-catering. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer provided. Please note, for people with mobility difficulties there are a few steps up into the porch and a couple of single steps within the property.

LOCATION

Ocean View is an ideal place to rest, relax and unwind. Mawgan Porth is a peaceful coastal village, it is a 5 minute walk to the local pub (free Wifi), the sandy beach or coastal path. The local pub does good food, it is a few minutes walk to The Scarlet or Bedruthan Steps Hotel restaurants and a short drive to Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant and the variety of Rick Stein restaurants in Padstow.

It is 5 minutes drive to the nearest golf course and 25 minutes from the Eden project which is well worth a visit. Mawgan Porth is ideally placed in mid Cornwall if you wish to explore everything the county has to offer.
