Moonrakers is a comfortable house on two levels, situated on the Trevose Estate, within three minutes walk of the Trevose Golf and Country Club and a 10-15 minute walk to Constantine Bay Beach.

The house is south facing, so the patio and balcony get the sun in the early morning and throughout the day. The garden was completely redesigned in early 2011 with a large south facing lawn and new patio area. The whole garden is enclosed and secure for young children and pets. In one corner of the garden is a shed where visitors can store golf clubs, surf boards, bicycles etc.

The house is entered on the north side from the adjacent parking area into the front hall which opens to an enlarged and newly fitted kitchen. All the rooms are light and spacious.

NB: One well trained dog is allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the property.

PROPERTY COMPRISES:

Large sitting room with open fire and sliding doors onto the balcony. Double doors separate the sitting room from the spacious dining room.

This room leads through to the well equipped kitchen which can also be accessed from the hall.

Three bedrooms, 2 twin and 1 double (King size bed) on this level all have built in wardrobes, basins and dressing tables.

The bathroom has bath with a shower over and WC. Next door to the bathroom is a separate WC.

Downstairs there is a large twin bedded room and a single room, both with French doors opening onto the garden.

There is a walk-in shower room with a power shower and basin and a separate WC.

The utility area contains the washing machine and deep freeze and leads into a walk-in drying room.
