Minnehoma is a modern detached holiday house in
a quiet cul du sac with panoramic views over the Camel Estuary
towards Padstow.

FACILITIES
TV with Sky plus, DVD, wifi broadband, hifi, night storage
heaters and electric heaters in bedrooms, woodburner, microwave, dishwasher,
fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, duvets and pillows.
Utilities are included also Bed linen and towels
The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor with
a spacious open plan living/dining room/kitchen and sitting room on the
first floor. A large balcony has views to Padstow. There are stairgates
at the top of both sets of stairs which make it particularly suitable
for small children.
LOCATION
It is an ideal and safe family holiday home with a totally
enclosed fenced garden and driveway. A style from the small garden leads
to the footpath to the foreshore at Porthilly Cove (about 10mins).
The Post Office and newsagent are about a 3 minute walk and the main food
shops including butcher, fishmonger, bakery and Spar are only a 10 minute
walk.
Rock is on the Camel Estuary which
is sheltered from the Atlantic swell making it ideal for all watersports.
There are plenty of sandy beaches nearby, and at low tide you can walk
from Porthilly Cove across Rock Beach to Daymer
Bay and then onto Polzeath, the famous surfing beach via
the costal path.
Padstow is easily accessible by the Black Tor Ferry
during the day and a water taxi at night.
Activities nearby include: golf (St Enodoc Golf Club and Roserrow
Golf Club) sailing, waterskiing, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, bycycling
along the Camel Trail, scuba diving and gig rowing.
