Mayrose farmhouse dates from the 17th century and, with its five stone
cottages, is set in 17 acres of fields overlooking the picturesque Allen
Valley.
Situated within easy reach of sandy beaches, Cornwall's famous gardens and great houses, and Bodmin Moor with its du Maurier associations.
The cottages at Mayrose Farm are simply and stylishly decorated with a mix of vintage and painted furniture, designer fabrics and comfortable seating.
They have modern, well-equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Quality bedlinen, duvets and towels are provided. Each cottage has its own private garden with barbecue and garden furniture.
For autumn and winter holidays, the cottages are centrally heated and , in addition, three cottages have woodburning stoves for cosy evenings indoors.
All
cottages have:
- Fitted kitchens with electric cooker or hob/oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher
- Sitting rooms equipped with television and video
- Cotton bed linen and towels Feather duvets and pillows
- Cots and high chairs available on prior request
There is a Laundry Room in the stable block with washing machines and tumble driers. Baby sitting is offered by arrangement.
Fresh vegetables are often available from our productive
garden.
