Little Porleze offered holidays in well furnished and equipped accommodation - making it suitable for an all year around getaway to enjoy the beach at Harlyn Bay and Trevone Bay or to either explore the wonderful North Cornwall. The Trevose golf course is only half a mile away, so Little Porleze is the perfect location to keep you active or to just relax with the magnificent views and sea air.

Only a brisk walk through a field via a private footpath is the beautiful beach of Harlyn Bay.
The property is on one level and is suitable for all ages.
There is a large garden – overlooking the sea with a well-equipped sun house with garden furniture and barbecue.
No pets allowed.

The kitchen has all of the necessary equipment to make your stay as homely as possible - with the added bonus of spectacular sea views from the kitchen, making cooking a joy.

The sitting room also has sea views and a large window seat, where you will find a range of board games. Also offering a large TV and DVD player.

Little Porleze has the added extra of a sun lounge where you can relax away from the tv, and watch the wildlife come in and out of the garden. There is a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed if you require.

The house has central heating all round.

Bedroom 1 has sea views, with the comfort of a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and seperate shower.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds where bedroom 3 has twin stacker beds.

The family bathroom consists of an electric shower over the bath.

Parking available for two cars, along with a garage.
