Sunset is a unique bungalow situated on the immediate seafront of St Ives Bay directly overlooking the beach. This newly built bungalow has a balcony with panoramic views across the bay to Lelant, Carbis Bay, St Ives and magnificent sight is watching the sun set over the island in St Ives.
The bungalow has a ramp for easy access ideal for the young, elderly or infirm pushchairs / wheelchairs).
Convenient parking outside the bungalow.

All the bedrooms are carpeted.
The kitchen adjoins the lounge, has a sink with hot and cold water, fitted units, cooker, microwave oven, fridge and spin dryer. The lounge is carpeted and comfortably furnished with 3 piece suite, occasional tables, colour TV with freeview box and night storage heater.
The dining area has a teak dresser and dining table by the window to take full advantage of the marvellous Cornish seascape.
Patio doors open on to the balcony ideal for sunbathing, reading or just observing the breathtaking views. A table and chairs are provided for your outdoor meal also relaxer chairs. The shower room is half tiled with basin hot and cold water, WC shower cabinet and down flow wall heater.

Legrace is a most imposing newly built bungalow with conservatory. This bungalow is quietly situated amidst grassy sand dunes in an elevated enviable position overlooking the beach commanding panoramic views of the whole of St. Ives Bay and surrounding countryside. Legrace is easily accessible by means of a well laid concrete path suitable for the young, elderly or infirm (pushchair/wheelchair) convenient parking area at the bottom of the path.

The letting season is from 1st April (or Easter day if before) until the 31st October 10 days before Xmas and 10 days after Xmas.
Legrace is the idyllic seaside retreat prefect for your summer holidays or equally as delightful for Xmas, New Year or your early or late break. The full double glazing and night storage heater makes it extremely cosy.

You will only be a short distance from Marazion with its fairy tale castle of St Michael's Mount.
St Ives is famous for its cobbled streets, beaches and the Tate Gallery. In the other direction you have the famous Eden Project. Fishing, golf, tennis, sailing, surfing, birdwatching and horse riding facilities are all close to hand. The breathtaking coastline of St Ives Bay and the beautiful scenery must make this one of the best locations in Cornwall.
