Lampra Mill Cottage, Higher Lampra and the owners' house nestle in a beautiful secluded valley that cradles the Poldhu Stream. They are situated in approximately 15 acres of fields and woodlands with an abundance of wild life and hedgerow flowers, and yet are only a few minutes drive from Mullion village and the sandy beach at Poldhu Cove.

You will relax as soon as you turn into the long tree-lined drive, bordered by drifts of spring flowers or ablaze with camellias. Lampra Mill has a serenity all of its own, providing peaceful and quiet gardens for you to enjoy and owls to serenade you at night. The cottages sit amongst tranquil woodlands and peaceful countryside. For those who want to explore, a footpath from Lampra Mill leads to Halzephron Cliff near Gunwalloe and on to the coastal path which reveals some of Cornwall's most breathtaking scenery.

Lampra Mill Cottage

A 19th century mill in the heart of the estate, Lampra Mill Cottage has been converted to provide comfortable, spacious and relaxing accommodation for up to four people.

Inside, the cottage is furnished comfortably, with everything to make you feel at home. The lounge has comfortable armchairs and a wood burning log stove (all wood supplied). Perfect for being cosy and warm in winter - or great for relaxing after a hard day's play on the beach in summer. 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite WC and can configure as a twin bed.

There is a colour television with digital 'Freeview', DVD player and video recorder. The dining room can seat 6 and leads to the well equipped kitchen. Provided with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all the things you would expect in your own home, this is a cottage you could live in. In fact, we don't think you'll want to go home!

Exclusively for this cottage there is a large and well-maintained garden with deck chairs, picnic table and barbecue.

Lampra Mill Cottage has an outbuilding which has been made into a games room for table tennis and table football.

Ideal for families, friends or couples, this quiet and homely cottage has parking for two cars.
There is a no smoking indoors policy. Pets welcome by arrangement.

Higher Lampra 4 star self-catering

Higher Lampra has its own separate approach off the main drive to Lampra Mill. This stone barn has been transformed into an attractive flower strewn cottage, and is perfect for a couple or small family.

Entrance to this charming cottage is via a lobby and through to the lounge dining room, which is furnished with a comfy L-shaped sofa, dining table and chairs.

Higher Lampra has a modern kitchen and a shower room with heated towel rail. Stairs lead down to the bedroom, with a double bed and bunk beds. The bedroom also has French windows, which give private and direct access to the sheltered garden. Deck chairs, picnic table and barbecue are provided.

There is ample parking. There is a no smoking indoors policy. Pets welcome by arrangement.
