Koth Brammas Cottage sleeps 4 people

Koth Brammas is a small 2 bedroomed cornish cottage more than two hundred years old. It has been sensitively restored to a high standard. Many original features are present including stone faced walls, timber floors and beams, stone fireplaces and a clome oven.

For it's size it is very spacious and comfortable. While it retains it's original character it has full central heating and modern fixtures and fittings.

ACCOMMODATION

Koth Brammas has a comfortable lounge with two two-seater sofas, log burner in a gorgeous cornish stone fireplace, TV with freesat receiver. Of course there is also a dining table and chairs and a nest of coffee tables.

The cottage has a well equipped modern kitchen with electric cooker, built in fridge and freezer, microwave and welsh dresser. In the stone fireplace housing the cooker is the original clome oven.

From the kitchen is an open plan staircase to the bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is a good sized comfortable double bedroom. Bedroom 2 is a good sized bedroom with two single beds it has an original cast iron fireplace.

Koth Brammas has a new fully tiled spacious bathroom with bath and shower. Built into a cupboard in the bathroom are a washing machine and a dishwasher.

LOCATION

Koth Brammas cottage is located in Trencreek, a small hamlet on the fringes of Newquay. It is walking distance from Newquay itself.

There are several nice pubs and restaurants within walking distance including the Kings Head at Lane, the pubs on Henver Road and the Porth Lodge in Porth.

The nearest beaches are Porth, Lusty Glaze and Tolcarne. All of these are excellent family beaches.

Newquay offers holiday makers a wonderful variety of experiences. The town of course has its seven fabulous sandy beaches, many of which are world renowned surf beaches. It has excellent public gardens, a small zoo, a sports centre and swimming pool and many character pubs.
