High Tide and Low Tide are two newly refurbished apartments situated in perhaps the most enviable position on the harbour front in the famous seaside resort of St Ives.

Sitting one above the other each apartment enjoys sea views stretching from the colourful harbour to the Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. Located in the conservation area of Downalong the apartments are just a stones throw from St. Ives 'golden beaches, shops, restaurants, cafés, museums and numerous art galleries including the Tate for which St Ives is renowned.

The Apartments

Each apartment sleeps four and is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Both the open plan living/dining rooms and the main double bedrooms have French doors that open up to the delights of the harbour.

Both High and Low Tides are the perfect place to relax at any time of year. On hot summer nights sleep with the French doors open and listen to the gentle lapping of the waves below, during the day look down on the hustle and bustle of harbour life from a perfect vantage point.

High Tide - Comprises

• Through entrance door and up a short flight of steps to landing leading to:
  Bedroom 1 - Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, French doors offering superb sea views over harbour towards Porthminster beach and Godrevy lighthouse.
  
• Bedroom 2 - Twin 3ft. beds, chest of drawers, shelves, hanging space, closet. Bathroom - WC, basin, bath with power shower over.
• Lounge/dining room- sofa with two easy chairs, coffee table, flat screen wall mounted TV/DVD. French doors offering superb sea views over harbour towards Porthminster beach and Godrevy lighthouse. Dining table and chairs.
• Kitchen - fully equipped, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine. Bed linen, and towels provided
• Gas central heating and electricity included in rental
• Regret no pets or smoking within the apartment.

Low Tide - Comprises

• Through entrance door into hallway leading to:
• Bedroom 1 - Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, French doors offering superb sea views over harbour towards Porthminster beach and Godrevy lighthouse.
• Bedroom 2 - 2 full size bunk beds, chest of drawers, hanging space.
• Bathroom - WC, basin, bath with power shower over. Lounge/dining room- sofa with two easy chairs, coffee table, flat screen wall mounted TV/DVD. French doors offering superb sea views over harbour towards Porthminster beach and Godrevy lighthouse. Dining table and chairs
• Kitchen - fully equipped, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine.

For those looking for family attractions in and around St Ives the southwest offers a wealth of interesting delights. The list is almost endless. From beautiful gardens, not forgetting the Eden Project, disused tin mines, theme parks, Lands End, St Michael's Mount with its 14th century castle or the cliff top open-air Minnack Theatre at Porthcurno you will find an abundance of fascinating places to explore.

For keen walkers, access to the southwest coastal path is right next to Porthmeor beach, St Ives' premier surfing location. Taking you past Land's End and Penzance, round the Lizard Peninsular and beyond the coastal path reveals the magic of West Penwith with its wonderful wildlife, rugged granite cliffs, dramatic coves, idyllic beaches, headlands and a hinterland dotted with prehistoric remains.

However on a glorious sunny day it may be difficult to tear yourself away from the harbour beach just below your apartment window.
