Set back a little from the dunes overlooking the sandy bay from St.Ives to Godrevy, Hawaiian is located amongst an open grassy area with a scattering of chalets nearby. Access to the beaches via the dunes is 2 minute's walk away.

The chalet has been renovated throughout with a new cedar shingle roof, timber walls, and the ceiling opened up to give it height and space while still retaining its beach hut charm. It is fully insulated so it's warm in the winter and stays cool in the summer.

French doors open out to the little back garden area which includes an outside hot shower and a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner out in the open. Children can play outside safely either in the chidren's play area [ which can be seen clearly from the living room ] or enjoy discovering the area on foot or bicycle- the quiet and peaceful site makes investigating a real treat.

Kitchen

The open plan kitchen has a reclaimed timber work top with electric oven and hob, slim line dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer. Tea Towels are provided.

Living / Dining Room

The living room has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen tv, DVD player, music system with ipod dock. The folding doors at the front of the chalet can be opened out completely, bringing the outside in and providing lots more light and space - especially lovely in the late afternoon and evening when the sun sets.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms at the chalet.
A double bedroom with ensuite shower, folding doors at the front and an upholstered wall; a warm and light twin room with two 3ft single beds at the back of the chalet and a small but cosy bunk room in the middle. 100% cotton bed linen provided.

Bathroom and En suite

There is a main bathroom and an ensuite shower room at the chalet. Both have rain can thermostatic showers. Flooring in both rooms is engineered oak for extra comfort. The bathroom has a standard sized bath. Hand towels and bath mats are provided but please bring your own bath and beach towels.
