Harlyn Cottage is centrally heated, but also has a woodburning
stove in the sitting room, allowing cosy and comfortable accomodation
all through the year.
Kitchen, newly fitted includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave,
oven and hob.
Utility room with a sink, washing machine and freezer.
Sitting room - inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and exposed
cloam oven, TV / DVD, comfortable sofa and chairs. Nice coastal views
from side window
Dining room with flagstone floor, dining table and chairs for six

The very pretty front garden is a suntrap, with chairs
and table to enjoy fine weather with a coffee and newspaper. There is
a small summerhouse.
There is parking for two cars, also a garage, useful for storing
any bicycles / wetsuits / surfboards etc. There is a portable barbecue
stored here. In the back garden adjacent to the garage is a lawned area
with a picnic table
