The Trebarwith beach and the popular Port William Inn are less than 500 metres away, and the award-winning Millhouse restaurant is just 600 metres away from the Cottage.
Trebarwith Strand is an attractive tourist destination with a surfing beach. Breathtaking views from the coastal path, which runs along the cliff top in both directions.
The Strand is served by a popular cafe which serves delicious snacks, and a surf shop where equipment and lessons to bodyboard or surf can be booked and hired. There is also an art store and souvenir shop.
Trebarwith is well placed for visits to the surfing beach of Polzeath, rugged beauty of Bodmin Moor as well as other attractive destinations of Bude, Crackington Haven, Port Isaac and Clovelly (North Devon).
The Eden Project at St Austell is just a 45 minute drive away, as is the popular town of Newquay. Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall restaurant is located at Watergate Bay, just outside of Newquay. The attractive port town of Padstow, with its famous Rick Stein restaurants, is less than 30 minutes drive.
Wadebridge is the nearest large town with banks and supermarkets, located 15-20 minutes drive away. But the tourist destination village of Tintagel, located just three miles away, has a post office, local shops and restaurants.
