Garlands is a friendly family run bed and breakfast.We offer a Full English breakfast or a Vegetarian alternative also a room only option if preferred. We can also offer free parking.

All our rooms are bright and colourful with colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities.We have two double bedrooms and a twin bedded room. Due to the character of the property we do not offer any en-suite rooms.

Garlands is ideally situated for the town centre and the beaches, including the surfing beach of Porthmeor, as well as the Tate Gallery.

There are many galleries and craft shops to explore amongst the labyrinth of pretty lanes and alleyways around the town, including the world famous Leach Pottery a short stroll away.

An abundance of cafes and restaurants ranging from Mediterranean style bistros on the harbour front to fine examples of seafood, vegetarian, Thai, Italian and more traditional English cuisine dotted around town.

There is easy access to coastal walks which may take you, amongst other places, to the little hamlet of Zennor, once home to DH Lawrence.

A good reliable bus service runs along the coastal road to bring you back again should the prospect of more walking be too daunting!

Further afield there is the stunning Eden Protect, St. Michael's Mount, Lands End and the open-air Minack Theatre to name just a few places worth a visit.

There is plenty to entertain the children too and we can provide you with a pack containing information on all the local attractions specifically catering for families.

Whether you decide to stay with us for your summer holidays, for a weekend or just an out-of-season break, we will do our best to make it a real 'chilled-out' experience.
