Take in the relaxed charm of The Field House. The moment you step through our door the warmest of welcomes awaits. Our easy going atmosphere will have you feeling right at home. We love our happy house and it is a joy to share it whole-heartedly with our guests.
Behind the rather unassuming coastal roadside façade The Field House proves time and time again to be a bit of a special surprise to our guests. We offer the most genuine and friendly holiday experience, and our guests have told us many a time you can feel that as soon as you arrive.
The Garden Room is available as a great small dinner party, wedding and private party venue for any special occasion throughout the year.
This peaceful room is also the perfect place to start your day with our hearty Cornish breakfast, fresh fruit, good coffee and more, all cooked and prepared the way you like and locally sourced wherever possible. Dietary needs ably and very happily catered for, just let us know your specific needs and we will do all we can.
We have an elegant conservatory and comfortable large sitting room with seasonal open log fires for guest use.
Fabulous sunsets over the Atlantic. Quite honestly we have some of the most beautiful views of Cornish sunsets from the house and our garden, each unique and utterly special. An every changing work of natural sky art at its very finest!
Our lovely guest accommodation boasts great sea views - Our contemporary styled king en suite room accommodation has a great nicely furnished roof top terrace, for your sole use, overlooking fields to the ocean and those wonderful sunsets over the Atlantic. This spacious accommodation also benefits from a private adjoining sitting room with comfortable sofa, sky tv/dvd library, fridge and coffee machine.
Our smaller charming double en suite has sea view, smart tv, mini fridge and coffee/tea tray.
Pendeen has a tin mining history and we are within very easy reach of the Geevor Mine and the Levant Steam Engine. Close by is the lovely Portherras Beach, Boat Cove and Pendeen Lighthouse. Cape Cornwall, England's only cape is just 3 miles away and offers a panoramic Golf Course and Club.
Unspoilt West Cornwall has so much to offer from the open air cliff top Minack Theatre and beautiful Porthcurno, to the white sands of Sennen Cove and the hustle and bustle of quaint St. Ives with its Tate Gallery and the many artists' studios and exhibitions. We are just 6 miles from dramatic Lands End and 6 miles from Penzance, gateway to the Isles of Scilly and St Michael's Mount. The Eden project is an easy day out from here.
With its many ancient granite landmarks, quoits and stone circles, Cornwall truly is a land of legend and folklore.
We welcome you to The Field House and look forward to helping make your holiday in Cornwall a very special one.
