The House is detached and has open space around it,
but is tucked in amongst the small cottages in the valley leading
to the attractive small harbour about 75 metres away. The pub and
the church are just up or down the road, respectively.

Large sitting room with three sash windows, each
framing a different view, of the sea and cliffs across gardens,
the green undeveloped valley side behind the house and the courtyard.
There is ample seating in comfortable, brightly upholstered sofas
and armchairs, an open fireplace, many books and some bright and
beautiful paintings.
French doors open to a good sized kitchen with an
old oak dining table and chairs. It has all the essential kitchen
equipment including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, also
a good ceramic topped cooker with double oven.
Shower room off the hallway with good shower in cabinet,
wc.
Stairs go down to bedrooms (it is an upside down
house to take advantage of the views on top floor, but bedrooms
are bright too). At the foot of the stairs an outside door leads
to slate patio and courtyard. 
The first bedroom is the twin bedroom with 3 foot
divan beds, a chest of drawers and books. Two windows onto courtyard.
Further along the corridor, on the seaward side of
the house, is the main bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe,
two windows looking across the quiet garden next door.

Double bedroom with Edwardian bed, large wardrobe,
two windows with peaceful views, the one to the side has the busy
stream below it which meets the sea in the harbour.
