By Car

 From the M5 at Exeter, take either the A38 via Plymouth, or the A30 over Bodmin Moor to experience two contrasting landscapes of Cornwall. Much of the route is now dual carriageway.
 

By Rail

 There are direct services to Truto, Redruth and Camborne from most parts of Britain. Once in Cornwall, branch lines serve the resorts of Falmouth and St. Ives.
