Elements has been completely redesigned and refurbished into a stylish, modern, clean and comfortable destination.

Eleven beautiful bedrooms, a chic bar and stylish restaurant and beautiful south facing terrace, gymnasium and leisure facilities and a breathtaking location make elements a fantastic place to come and enjoy this amazing part of Cornwall.

Facilities at

Complimentary for all hotel guests is the use of the health and fitness rooms. Inside you will find a state of the art four station multi-gym, cross trainer, cycle and rowing machines. There is also a finholme sauna to ease away those aches, pains and worries, plus a 60 tube vertical tanning room just in case the sun doesn't shine!

We have a purpose built surfboard store and drying room for you to make sure that all your kit, wetsuits or walking gear is fresh and ready for your next adventure. This also provides good secure storage for your equipment, be it climbing gear, bikes or kitesurfing rig.

We also have a number of foam surfboards, and a couple of mountain bikes available for guests to use.

Elements cafe bar and restaurant serves food,drinks, cakes and snacks all day and a full menu from midday, every day and is open to non-residents. Breakfast is served daily for residents between 07:45 and 09.00, although early breakfasts are available upon request for business customers.

Elements has gained an excellent reputation as one of the most stylish destinations in North Cornwall, having received great recent reviews in The Times and The Telegraph newspapers. Italian style cuisine is served and daily specials of fish obtained from the local day boats. Eat good food in lovely surroundings, whilst watching the sun setting over the Atlantic. Lunchtimes and evenings are very busy so booking is essential.

Fantastic views across the ocean and countryside, contemporary en-suites, fabulous style, beds so comfy you won't want to get out of them, LCD TV's complete with a PS2 (so you can play games, DVD's or music in your room), hairdryers, plus tea & coffee are all things you can expect and more from elements.

We have a variety of rooms to suit all. Single, double, twins, plus family rooms complete with double bed plus a single or bunk for the kids.
