Golf Course are only minutes away plus with nearby access to the A30 -ideally located for many of the Cornish tourist attractions such as the Eden Project, Camel Trail, St Ives and the Minnack Theatre or many more great days out!

If need be there is also a bus stop at the top of the road but if you just fancy a stroll the St Piran's Lost Church is a ½ mile walk away or follow the coast path into Perranporth.
